All restoration work is covered by our warranty, which typically ranges from 6 to 12 months depending on the type of service provided. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts installed during the restoration process.

You may cancel your restoration project at any time before work begins for a full refund of any deposit paid. If work has already commenced, you will be charged for work completed and parts purchased up to the point of cancellation.
For warranty returns, we will cover return shipping costs if the issue is determined to be covered under warranty. For non-warranty returns or customer-initiated returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
